Shopbop Launches Wedding Boutique

Today, March 14th, Shopbop has become even more fabulous with its launch of a Wedding Boutique!  The boutique features an array of dresses perfect for the dreamed of beach wedding, the elegant church affair, the outdoor extravaganza–the site offers the excellent service necessary in order to make every bride happy and at ease with her choice of gown.  The site also features a wide selection of bridesmaid dresses in various styles and color palettes.

“We really feel that becoming a wedding resource to our customers is the right move, especially when we see so many amazing styles out there that often make us stop and say, ‘wouldn’t that make a gorgeous bridal gown or bridesmaid dress?’” says Kate Ciepluch, Shopbop’s Fashion Director.

Shopbop will feature pieces from smaller collections of young, local New York designers who will be creating gowns in exclusive colors at great prices.  Other designers that Shopbop will be working with include Calvin Klein, Max Azria, Thread Social, Zimmerman, among others.

The Wedding Boutique will also carry lingerie and gift sets–as if fixing all of your wedding drama wasn’t enough!  Hair accessories will range from $45 to $225.  Shoes from Loeffler Randall and Giueseppe Zanotti will range from $225 to $1,195.  Lingerie from Eberjey, Hanky Panky and Casabella will range from $23 to $275.  Lauren Merkin handbags will range from $135 to $290.  Dannijo and Rachel Leigh jewelry will range from $98 to $590.
