Things! to Buy

This S&H Class Ring, created in collaboration with jewelry designer Philip Crangi, features sterling silver with a trimming of cobalt blue enamel.  The top of the ring is engraved with a Latin phrase, “Ars Longa, Vita Brevis”, which means “Art is Long, Life is Short”.  The right side of the ring is engraved with “79”, which is symbolic as it represents Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos’ birth year.  The left side is engraved with “8”, which is the street address of the Shipley and Halmos design studio on Greene Street in New York City.  The class ring can also be worn as a necklace, if strewn on its accompanying chain, and is available to purchaseHERE for $495.
